But, you are not ready to make the leap into the $114 billion world-wide industry. At this point, you are probably overwhelmed with the choices you have online and don’t know where to begin. Network Marketing is a legitimate business model that has been growing since 1940. This business model uses direct selling and relationship referrals as a way to sell a companies products or services. You, as a Distributor, basically act like a Franchisee to the Parent Company. The Distributor receives a commission, based on the volume of product or services that are sold, both personally and within your organization or “down-line“. Commissions are generated both immediately and on a residual basis. Distributors, by word of mouth, do the advertising and selling. Thus, saving the Parent Company the Advertising expense and allowing their products or services to be sold without the middleman mark-up.
Compensation Plans vary from company to company. There are 4 main structures used including: Uni-level Plan; Stair-Step Breakaway Plan; Forced Matrix Plan and the Binary Plan. Each one has it’s benefits and can create a steady flow of income from retail sales, residual income and bonuses.
Do your research and ask questions before joining any Network Marketing Company. Don’t join a Company only for it’s compensation plan or only for it’s products or services. You want to be sure the Company will provide continuous training, both for your business and it’s products and services. They should also offer support to you when you have questions. Know who the leaders are. There are many great Network Marketing Companies that offer great products and services, but be sure to have a complete understanding of the companies practices.
Ultimately, Network Marketing isn’t for everyone. However, it is a work from home business with a low start-up cost and has the potential to change your financial status dramatically. Network Marketing has created lots of wealthy people and could be your answer to your search.
